Looking through my Dad's stuff I have the following. If there is interest please contact me:
Dad was know as verily as 'Scarlet' or 'Rocky', was a Stocker and was on a number of Corvettes.
Played on the Navy Football Team in 1943, I have three Lineup sheets (Sept 18 vs RCAF Hurricanes), (Oct 11 vs Toronto Indians, also Ottawa Combines vs RCAF Hurricanes on same date) and (Oct 23 think must have been the Championship game Flying Wildcats vs RCAF Hurricanes). Dad was #80 but they spelled his name wrong as O'Hare.
I have 8x10 matte pictures of both the 'Prescott' and the 'Calgary'.
What was really of interest is a reference to to 0082, blown up Sept 7, 1944. I know my dad was in the water at least twice and wonder if this is one of the boats that went down on him. Spent some time at Sunnybrook and suffered with ear problems the rest of his life.
I have a 5x7 of 0082 and 2 5x7 pictures of the crew:
