Ceremonial Review in Napanee. David Ruta, is the maker of two ship models built for the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps. The Scale models

took approximately 80 hours over several months to complete. The model shown here is a replica of the first boat to be built from the Kingston

ports during World War II, the H.M.C.S. Napanee. The Display Cabinets were produced by the students of the Napanee District Secondary

High School from grades 11 and 12, wood shop class, lead by teacher Jeff Birchard.
