The book mentioned by Mark below on April 12 is now available from Pen & Sword. My copy arrived today. A quick glance indicates that it is generally
quite comprehensive. Colour profiles from Pearson, cutaway drawings, and many B&W photographs and good quality ones too.
There is a reasonable amount of Canadian content however I do not think it answered my question about the Canadian IE's (the third major corvette design, this book refers to them as the "modifieds") where the split between the weather and after deck and the platform above it. This variation may correspond to one of the two IE batches produced in Canada or perhaps the builder, or . . . . I may define my question better later as my words may be quite fuzzy as it was last summer when I was looking into it. I'm doing the ISW/Commanders IE Corvette as either HMCS Norsyd or Louisburg (ii).
